These material innovations are directly boosting market growth. Patients now have more options tailored to their needs: titanium for strength, zirconia for aesthetics, and hybrid materials for complex cases. Regulatory approval for novel materials is another hurdle; agencies require extensive testing to validate biocompatibility and safety, slowing adoption. The future of dental implants lies in material innovation. As researchers develop self-healing ceramics and bioactive coatings that stimulate bone growth, implants will become even more durable and patient-friendly.
